Account Information
- Your name and email address
- Password (encrypted, we never see it in plain text)
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe, we never store card numbers)
Webinar Data
- Webinar content you create (titles, descriptions, settings)
- Videos you upload
- Email sequences and CTA configurations
Viewer Data
When someone registers for your webinar, we collect on your behalf:
- Name and email address (from registration forms)
- Watch duration and engagement events (how long they watched, what they clicked)
Usage Data
- Page views and conversion rates
- Browser and device information
- General location (country level, not precise)
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use analytics cookies only if you opt in.
What We Do With It
- Provide the service (host your webinars, track analytics, send emails)
- Improve the product (understand usage patterns, fix bugs)
- Communicate with you (product updates, support responses)
- Process payments through Stripe
Who We Share With
We never sell your data. Period. We share data only with:
- Email integrations you choose (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or MailerLite). Only when you connect them, and only the data you choose to sync.
- Stripe for payment processing
- Analytics providers (optional, anonymized)
- Hosting infrastructure to keep the service running
- Legal authorities if required by law

How We Protect Your Data
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Passwords are hashed (not stored in plain text)
- Payment processing through PCI-compliant Stripe
- Access limited to Yana and Lesly only (we are a small team)
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
Data Retention
- Active accounts: data kept as long as your account is active
- Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days of account deletion
- Backups: retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
Where Your Data Lives
My Mini Webinar is operated from France and Ukraine. Data may be processed in the EU and other regions where our infrastructure providers operate. We use EU standard contractual clauses where applicable to ensure data protection.
Children
My Mini Webinar is not designed for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Updates to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the app. We will always update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
