These are the rules for using My Mini Webinar. We wrote them in plain language because legal jargon helps nobody.

By Using My Mini Webinar

You agree to these terms. They apply to everything: the website, the app, and any content or services we provide. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

Your Account

  • Provide accurate information when signing up
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • One account per person
  • If you notice unauthorized access, email us immediately at [email protected]

  • 50 registrations
  • Basic analytics

Pro Plan

  • Unlimited webinars
  • Unlimited registrations
  • AI chat assistant
  • Email sequences
  • Integrations (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, MailerLite)
  • Remove My Mini Webinar branding

Founding Members

Early access members who sign up during the founding period lock in a lower rate for life. This price never increases for your account as long as your subscription stays active.

Payment Details

  • Payments processed through Stripe
  • All prices in USD
  • We give 30 days notice before any price changes (founding member pricing excluded from increases)

Your Content

  • You own everything you create and upload
  • You grant us a license to host and display your content so the service works
  • You are responsible for making sure your content is legal
  • We can remove content that violates these terms

Viewer Data

When viewers register for your webinars, you are the data controller for their information. This means:

  • You must have a legal basis to collect viewer data (consent, legitimate interest, etc.)
  • You must comply with privacy laws that apply to your viewers
  • You should include a privacy notice on your registration pages
  • We process viewer data on your behalf as a data processor

What's Not Allowed

  • Illegal content of any kind
  • Misleading health, financial, or income claims
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Reverse engineering the platform
  • Reselling access to the service
  • Intentionally overloading our servers

What We Can Do

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (we will give notice when possible)
  • Modify features with notice to users
  • Perform scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance)

Liability

  • The service is provided "as is"
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is capped at the total fees you paid us in the last 12 months

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • You keep access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation
  • Refund requests are honored within the first 30 days of your subscription

Changes to These Terms

We will give 30 days notice before any significant changes. We will email you and post a notice in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
